New experience for first-time users

After the successful launch of a renovated Cloud Drive Photos (product and website), we produced an onboarding experience for first-time users. We worked on copy, microcontent, steps to include, and UX flow.

Our strategy was to introduce new features and functionalities in as few steps as possible, using a combination of informative graphics and concise language.

The goal was to improve retention of new customers, and resulted in a 15% increase in engagement.
